Processing Time:

We dispatch between 3 -7 working days after the order is placed. Delivery times on products posted with DPD will usually arrive next working day after dispatch. If your item has been posted with Royal Mail your parcel should arrive within 1-3 days after dispatch, however please allow up to 10 working days before reporting the parcel as missing. You must be present to accept your parcel, if the parcel is returned to us you will have to cover the extra postage cost for the item to be posted out again. If a notice is not given to you this is your responsibility to bring this up with your local depot and resolve the matter. We do not guarantee any shipping times as we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays for any orders.
