Returns And Exchanges

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
All custom products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted and sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged once they have been inspected by us. If the damage was caused by ill use you will not be able to exchange or refund. If you purchase the wrong size you will need to re-purchase the correct size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

To return your product, please email us for a return address.
Make sure you add a note into the parcel with your order number and what was agreed with the seller (refund, exchange etc.)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping must be covered by yourself. You must use Royal Mail or DPD and keep your proof of postage. You must make sure your parcel has enough insurance cover for the product cost when sending. We cannot refund you for these items if they go missing, you will have to claim directly through Royal Mail/DPD.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. As we may have to place a delivery with our suppliers if we do not have the requested item in stock, an extended delivery time may apply to your exchange.

All returns and exchanges must be posted as first or second class signed for. If you are shipping an item(s) over £50, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. You must make sure your parcel has the correct amount of cover, if it is lost by the delivery service we cannot be held responsible for any of the costs. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we do not receive your returned item we will not refund you or exchange your item.
